Session 01: Extracurricular Activities Alongside Corporate Life

Employers of today tend to not just look at degrees but also checks for an all-rounder employee, and have assessed that a lot of skills can be gained through extracurricular activities. Every student has the potential to develop these skills, being provided with the correct support. This session focuses on opening up the channel for developing the skills, in hope of overcoming the problems faced during a job interview.
Session 02: Adaptation to the Corporate Culture

In order to become successful in a different situation, adaptation to the situation is essential. This session will focus on the basic concepts for adapting to the corporate culture. It will teach the students from engineering background on building confidence and adopting basic communicational skills, keeping in mind to keep infirmity to a bare minimum and not overdoing any action. It will discuss the key points in order to make the transition more bearable and easier. Participants will also be aware of the current corporate situations and the hurdles that they might have to jump over.
Session 03: Awareness session on Modern Day Technology

Technology seemed to have become a part of our daily life, with having complications when not being near them. They have helped shape the world around us, thus taking place amongst us. Though having massive positive attributes, it also has a side that few are unlucky to face. This session will focus on discussions, explaining a few examples of negative attributes along with providing guidelines for its safe use, as being the cause of modernization, it may also be the cause of stagnation.
Session 04: Continuation of Research besides Corporate Life

Research is the root of all happenings that has led to this glorious moment in time. It is the motivation for the future and beyond. Transition to a corporate life may lead to a stop of continuation of research work which is crucial for building the foundation of any glorious event or work. This session will focus on providing the participants with reasons for the continuation of research besides corporate life. This session will discuss the basic concepts of research work and furthermore discussing the key importance of continuing the work even after joining the corporate world. Thus, helping the engineers to not lose sight of their true motive.
